Nick lost his first tooth tonight!!  Yes, it's early.  Yes, it's fine.  I freaked out when it became loose a week or so ago, so off to the dentist we went.  He got an x-ray and everything was good, his adult tooth is just ready to come up!  He was just brushing his teeth tonight like any other night when, "oh", he said, "my tooth", very nochalantly, while he looked down at his tooth that had fallen out and landed on the counter.  I was a lot more brave than I thought I would be!  I have been a little emotional when thinking about my baby having a gap in his beautiful baby smile.

4 years and 8 months, my big boy.  Time flies!!!

Easter Happenings

This was the year of the Easter Egg Hunt!!!  The kids participated in 5 hunts and we just went through the loot.  We are keeping about 1/4 of it in the house (Daddy will bring the rest to work and it will be gone during morning break). 

First up, the good old Town of Easton Egg Hunt.  As you can see...mass chaos!!!  Ryan was strategizing with Nick big time and...it paid off...(except we ended up with 16 plastic frogs that I am finding all over the house)

Beach Day!

60 degrees this past Saturday...what better plan than to hit the beach!!!  Good thing we were bundled cuz it was windy and cool.  We had a blast though and can't wait for many, many more days at Saquish in 2011 and beyond!

Nick's Identical Tongue Twin

Yes, I ripped that off from Friends (remember Joey's "identical hand twin"?).  Anyways, we finally found a being that matches Nick's large head to long tongue ratio!!!
